Eunice and Ruby

We started sponsoring 19 year old Eunice and her 4 year old daughter Ruby in May 2008. They live in Nkunya. Eunice was forced to leave school when she became pregnant and had finished Junior High School class 1; she wants to be able to go back to school one day. Because of her pregnancy and the problems that Ruby has Eunice was sent away from her family home and no longer receives any aid from her family. Ruby is 4 and has a severe seizure problem, because of the seizures she has developed developmental delay and is not able to go to school. Ruby is a very sweet girl who loves to be picked up and thrown in the air, she also loves singing songs and dancing. Eunice is the younger sister of Rita, another woman that we sponsor. We support Eunice and Ruby by providing food and paying for their health care. We hope that soon we will be able to help send Eunice back to school.
